At Giraffe CCTV we think that systems should be simple to set up and intuitive to use. With minimal or no training you should be able to log in and use your system. The PTZ presets are no different. In this document, we will look at how to set up a preset position and how to recall them to get the camera to return to a specific location.
Once you have logged into your ONVP account you will see your cameras load up. If you have a PTZ camera then you will see the PTZ icons in the bottom right-hand corner of your camera images. The preset icon is the little pin located on the task bar at the bottom of the page.
When you click on this icon you will see your preset positions. Simply click on one of these positions and the camera will return to that location.
If you do not have any saved preset positions or you would like to add another location then click on manage presets. This page can also be accessed by clicking on Settings > Manage Devices > Camera Settings you will then need to load the presets tab.
You can then move the camera into a position you would like to save. Enter a name for that location and click save.
If you then return to the home screen and click on the presets icon you will see this preset now show up in your list.
